Endurance Lift Solutions is seeking a hands-on technician in Williston, ND to perform capillary testing and spooling, with routine checks and safety focus. You will help load and unload spools, maintain a clean work area, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

The role requires basic math, reading/writing in English, tool proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior artificial lift experience is preferred but not required for all candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED and clean driving record.
• 3-4 years’ artificial lift experience is preferred.
• Ability to read simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence as required.
• Ability to perform basic math with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Proficient with hand tools and basic test equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Under general supervision, performs capillary cable testing, spooling, and routine checks.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure the product is in accordance with SOP’s.
• Safely spools capillary tubing.
• Assists with loading/unloading capillary spools equipment on to racks and transportation vehicles.
• Maintain work area, tools and fixtures to ensure there are no hazard to personnel or integrity to parts being assembled.
• Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles.

Requirements

EHS REQUIREMENTS:

• Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company's TRIR goals
• Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company's environmental performance goals
• Complete, and actively participate in all of the company's EHS training requirements

Position Requirements

• Requires a High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• A clean driving record is required for vehicle operators.
• 3-4 years’ artificial lift experience is preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence as required
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Basic hand tool proficiency
• Basic computer skills required to operate computerized test equipment
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• A combination of the above qualifications will also be considered

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at area.
• Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate hand tools and mechanical tools.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace.
• Must be able to tolerate changing priorities, and complete assignments despite frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
