Capgemini Invent in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to drive AI-enabled digital manufacturing transformations. You will lead design and implementation of factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights and outcomes, bridging strategy, technology, and execution.
You will mentor teams, manage senior stakeholders, and develop proposals for ROI-driven AI manufacturing initiatives, delivering end-to-end projects from design through execution.

As a Manager / Sr. Manager in Capgemini Invent’s Intelligent Industry practice, you drive digital manufacturing transformations for global clients. You lead the design and implementation of modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes. The role bridges strategy, technology, and execution, turning future manufacturing visions into scalable, compliant solutions.
You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135,900 – $265,880.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
