ROLE TITLE: Management Consultant – Enterprise Architect (NYC, ATL, CHI or SFO)

YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

  1. Enterprise architect with experience developing target business and technical capabilities for an organization and translate those into an actionable roadmap.
  2. Ability to discover and surface customer and partner insights, aware of industry trends and provide recommendations.
  3. Ability to lead platform assessments, vendor selection and implementation planning efforts.
  4. Experience supporting sales, especially in large complex technical programs.
  5. Specialization in at least one of the following capabilities and industries (SAP, ServiceNow, POS/Store Technology, Consumer Products, Retail, Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking).

YOUR PROFILE

The right candidates will be able to conduct strategic roadmapping exercises building strategies, roadmaps, and visions related to large complex technology solutions and platform implementation. Develop storylines for and presenting to executive-level stakeholders. Develop compelling pitch deck and business cases to sell ideas to clients and key stakeholders. Assess business capability maturity and define future state business operating models.

We would love to see a candidate with:

  1. 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting or technology implementation role.
  2. Understanding of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, platform strategy, IT strategy.
  3. Experience with technology implementation and technology transformation processes.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead project and sales teams.
  6. Experience in collaborative selling and business development.
  7. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
