Job summary

LHH is seeking a CAPEX Project Manager for a direct hire position in Momence, IL. The ideal candidate has a BS in Chemical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in capital project management. Qualifications

• 5+ years capital project management in chemical manufacturing.
• Prefer PMC or MBA qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of unit operations, instrumentation, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX projects across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Deliver scope, schedule, budget, and safe execution aligned to business goals.
• Manage full lifecycle (FEL, engineering, approval, construction, startup, closeout).
• Oversee EHS/GMP compliance and stakeholder reporting.
• Provide technical support to plant teams as needed.
