Job summary

ALLIANCEBIO LLC is seeking a dedicated project manager to serve as the owner's representative on laboratory operations and small CAPEX projects, primarily in R&D, small lab, and administrative spaces. You will own assigned projects end-to-end, from scope development to closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and safety.

You will manage vendors and contractors through bidding, procurement, design, construction, installation, commissioning, and turnover, while coordinating stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience managing CAPEX projects in laboratory environments.
• End-to-end project ownership from scope to closeout.
• Vendor and contractor management through lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects end-to-end, including scope development, scope management, planning, execution, field oversight, and closeout.
• Manage vendors and contractors through bidding, procurement, design, construction, installation, commissioning, qualification, and turnover.
• Provide cost management, estimation, budget development and tracking, invoice review, and forecasting.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across functions including engineering, facilities and maintenance, manufacturing and R&D teams, procurement, and quality.
• Coordinate project construction efforts with utility outages, tie-ins, lockout/tagout (LOTO) activities, communication, etc.
• Manage engineering document revisions and updates as needed for P&IDs, electrical one-lines, redlines, as-builts, and contractor turnover packages.

• Own assigned projects end-to-end, including scope development, scope management, planning, execution, field oversight, and closeout.
• Manage vendors and contractors through bidding, procurement, design, construction, installation, commissioning, qualification, and turnover, while adhering to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety expectations.
• Provide cost management, estimation, budget development and tracking, invoice review, and forecasting for project cost controls.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across functions for scope development and implementation, including but not limited to, engineering, facilities and maintenance, manufacturing and R&D teams, procurement, and quality.
• Coordinate project construction efforts with teams including utility outages, tie-ins, lockout/tagout (LOTO) activities, communication, etc.
• Manage engineering document revisions and updates as needed for P&IDs, electrical one-lines, redlines, as-builts, and contractor turnover packages.
