Job summary

Sunnyvale, California-based Apple Inc. seeks a CapEx Program Manager to lead cross‑functional efforts between Ops Engineering and OEM. You will coordinate equipment needs, define budgets, and generate capitalization plans to support new product launches and sustaining activities.

Minimum requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering with finance understanding and a Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and a working knowledge of finance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• MBA or Engineering Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with new product teams to support product launch and sustaining activities.
• Understand the impact of cycle time changes and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Verify demands and lead the business team to ensure equipment is tracked to delivery.
• Coordinate setup, installation, repairs and maintenance with vendors and procurement.
• Build overall project budget, compile budget requests, and capitalization plan.
• Communicate equipment status to management and adjust plans as needed.
• Travel internationally up to 20% to support early project planning.
