United Future in Georgia is seeking a CapEx Procurement Manager to lead sourcing for food manufacturing equipment, engineering services, construction, and other capital purchases. This on-site role collaborates with engineering, operations, quality, finance, suppliers, and global teams.

You will manage RFIs/RFPs, negotiate high-value contracts, apply total cost of ownership, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery across domestic and international sites.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of procurement experience, including engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years direct CapEx procurement experience.
• Experience sourcing food manufacturing or processing equipment and related services.
• Knowledge of CapEx and MRO sourcing and international equipment procurement.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts and communicate risks.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions and global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for equipment, engineering, construction, and facility projects.
• Manage the full procurement process: RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, POs, invoicing, supplier performance.
• Partner with engineering and operations to define specs, requirements, delivery schedules, and supplier expectations.
• Negotiate complex contracts and multi-year agreements addressing pricing, delivery, warranties, performance, and risk.
• Apply total cost of ownership analysis to support purchasing decisions.
• Identify qualified suppliers and develop market intelligence to improve value and continuity.
• Monitor procurement performance, cost savings, supplier commitments, and milestones.
• Coordinate with global teams and support international equipment purchases and import/export.

Summary:

An established international food manufacturer is seeking a CapEx Procurement Manager to support its Georgia operations and a major new plant development.

This position offers the opportunity to lead sourcing for food manufacturing equipment, engineering services, construction, and other capital purchases. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, quality, finance, suppliers, and global procurement teams.

The position is on-site and involves travel between Newnan and LaGrange. Some domestic and international travel is required as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for food manufacturing equipment, engineering, construction, and facility improvement projects.
• Manage the full procurement process, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, invoice resolution, and supplier performance.
• Partner with engineering and operations to define equipment specifications, project requirements, delivery schedules, and supplier expectations.
• Negotiate complex contracts and multi-year agreements, addressing pricing, delivery, warranties, performance, and commercial risk.
• Apply total cost of ownership analysis to support purchasing decisions.
• Identify qualified suppliers and develop market intelligence to improve value, supply continuity, and project execution.
• Monitor procurement performance, cost savings, supplier commitments, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with global procurement teams and support international equipment purchases, including import and export requirements.
• Identify risks early and work with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Travel between Georgia locations and domestically or internationally as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of direct experience in CapEx procurement.
• Experience sourcing food manufacturing or processing equipment, production systems, and related engineering or construction services.
• Knowledge of CapEx and MRO sourcing, procurement systems, and international equipment procurement.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts and communicate commercial risks.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across operations, engineering, finance, quality, and global teams.
• Ability to work on-site and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a strong plus.
