Lactalis USA in Londonderry, NH, is seeking a Senior Fixed Assets & Capex Specialist to govern capital investments and asset accounting across US Yogurt operations. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management to drive financial justification, capitalization, depreciation, and reporting.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in finance or manufacturing accounting, strong Excel and SAP experience, and a drive to build broad CAPEX capabilities over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or related field is required.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or related certification is a plus; strong analytical skills needed.
• Experience with fixed assets, CAPEX, budgeting, and financial reporting is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to produce financial analyses for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, and project justification processes.
• Maintain CAPEX tracking systems and asset records; monitor budgets and variances.
• Prepare depreciation calculations, journal entries, and reconciliations for month-end/year-end closings.
• Assist with internal and external audits; ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Plant Leadership to monitor investments and performance.
• Provide data-driven insights on capital investments and depreciation impacts.
