Job summary

Lactalis USA Yogurt in Bedford, NH is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join the Accounting team and Treasury, Controls & Risk functions. You will support vendor management, PO lifecycle, bank account maintenance, and internal controls compliance.

The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and 2–5 years' experience are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase order lifecycle with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records.
• Support month-end close, GL reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Review GRIR discrepancies and resolve items.
• Prepare recurring monthly reporting and meet deadlines.
• Maintain bank signatory documentation and insurance tracking.
