Job summary

Lactalis USA is seeking an Analyst for Fixed Assets and CAPEX Controlling based in Londonderry, NH. This role supports capital investments, asset management, depreciation forecasting, and close processes across US Yogurt operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward a finance-related certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, fixed assets, capital project accounting, manufacturing finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, asset accounting, and financial reporting.
• Strong interest in developing toward broader fixed assets and CAPEX controlling responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Support CAPEX planning, budgeting, and forecast updates.
• Validate capital project requests and funding packages.
• Ensure compliance with investment approvals and policies.
• Maintain CAPEX tracking systems and project databases.
• Monitor spending against budgets and analyze variances.
• Prepare CAPEX status reports and investment summaries.
• Assist with depreciation forecasting and financial planning.
• Support month-end close for fixed assets and capital accounts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Plant Leadership.
