Job description

Purpose of the position

• Over 2 years of project management or supply chain management/production control related experience, familiar with consumer electronics product processes
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with over 2 years of experience and ability to independently handle customer correspondence
• Individuals with logical analysis capabilities and knowledge and experience in cost control are preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility / capable of problem analysis and solution / good communication skills, with experience in cross-organizational coordination / resilient / positive thinking

Duties And Responsibilities

• Based on business order forecasts and group strategy, assess capacity gaps and plan capital investments for new production lines, projects, or equipment
• Manage the entire process of equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and acceptance, and coordinate internal and external resources
• For proposals to reduce costs according to customer needs, coordinate internal evaluations and execute follow-up tracking
• Collaborate closely with production manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, finance, and other departments

Education And Work Experience

• Education: University and above, Major: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business English
• 2+ years of project management or supply chain management/procurement experience, familiar with consumer electronics product processes

Working conditions

• Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
• This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations
