The role collaborates with engineering, project management, finance and operations to align procurement with business goals, lead complex negotiations, monitor performance, and support continuity of supply while upholding First Quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years in capital and/or construction procurement or a closely related field.
• Proven history of successful complex negotiations across diverse business areas
• Deep understanding of relevant industry practices, legal frameworks, and market dynamics
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers
• In-depth knowledge of commercial terms and contract language including market-based pricing structures
• Good interpersonal and negotiation capabilities
• Experience with Lump Sum, T&M contracts and similar arrangements

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external
• Monitor supplier performance, project timelines, quality standards and cost performance
• Lead complex contract negotiations, including bid processes, change orders, and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, finance and operations for procurement initiatives
• Coordinate development of technical specifications with project team
• Interpret schedules with construction management to synchronize purchasing
• Provide post award support with change orders and scope definition
• Ensure compliance with company policies throughout procurement process
• Perform contractor evaluations and manage bid lists
