We are excited to announce the launch of the recruitment for the Humanitarian Leadership Academy (HLA) Capacity Strengthening Surge Pilot Roster. We are inviting applications for Coaches, Digital Specialists, and Process Consultants.

The purpose of the HLA Capacity Strengthening Surge Roster is to build, maintain, and deploy a pool of humanitarian coaches, mentors, and experts to support local leaders during crises and enhance the organizational capacity of local NGOs.

The Roster aims to provide a list of available staff for specific assignments or projects across the sector, depending on demand and needs. This may include remote or in-person deployments to assist local organizations in developing their humanitarian response capacity.

This initial phase involves creating and launching the Roster as a pilot to evaluate its feasibility, sustainability, and scalability. We plan to assess a select number of candidates, onboard them to the Roster, and manage 3 to 5 assignments through to completion.

If successful, we intend to expand the Roster and will seek additional applicants in the future.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with short interviews scheduled for the week beginning 2nd December.
