Bank of America is seeking a data and modeling professional for the Resource Analytics team within Global Operations. You will develop capacity and resource optimization models and present findings to executives, helping drive efficient staffing and modeling practices.

Ideal candidates have a quantitative background, 2+ years in analytics, and strong communication skills to translate analyses into actionable business insights in a fast-paced banking environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Finance, or other STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience in quantitative roles supporting complex functions.
• Experience withCopilot and modern analytics tooling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains capacity planning and resource optimization models.
• Routinely presents model findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensures adherence to Model Risk Management (MRM) standards and dashboards.
• Evaluates new opportunities and enhances input processes and outputs.
• Drives model consistency across peer groups and supports ongoing monitoring.
