RTX in Tucson seeks a seasoned Test Architect to shape the CGO Engineering test strategy and drive production-readiness across programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, guide test modernization, and ensure scalable, reusable architectures for rapid production acceleration.

The role emphasizes collaboration with suppliers and program leadership, implementing robust DFT/DFQ and ensuring compliance with security and DoD-related requirements on-site in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM.
• 12+ years in hardware/software, production test, or test deployment.
• Experience leading technical teams or IPTs delivering production-ready solutions.
• Experience with EVMS.
• Experience preparing technical and/or cost proposals.

Responsabilités

• Define and own CGO-level architecture for test approaches across product development, integration, qualification, and factory stand up.
• Lead cross-organizational technical integration to meet CGO objectives with second-source suppliers.
• Provide architectural guidance for modernization and standardization of test methods.
• Shape test system strategies to support factory throughput and ramp plans.
• Utilize MVT, DFM to optimize test while meeting performance requirements.
• Develop integrated master plans and schedules for test capability deployment.
• Partner with program IPTs, SMEs, factory leadership, suppliers, and sub-tiers for alignment.
• Support DFT, Transition-to-Production, and early integration into baselines.
• Document architectural decisions and best practices for reuse.
• Provide technical mentorship across engineering communities.
