Job summary

REDF (the Roberts Enterprise Development Fund) is seeking a Manager to lead capacity-building efforts for our social enterprise grantees. You will design customized technical assistance, coach leadership teams, and create practical content to help organizations overcome barriers to employment and scale impact.

You will collaborate with CBT staff and expert consultants, contribute to REDF learning agendas, and advance racial equity while supporting thousands of people toward better employment

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Capacity Building Team at REDF is hiring! We’re looking for a new Manager to provide capacity building services – in the form of customized technical assistance projects, coaching, and content creation – to REDF’s social enterprise grantees across all of our different programs. Working with a team of CBT staffers and expert consultants, the Manager will collaborate closely with social enterprise executive teams to identify key challenges and opportunities, design potential solutions, and then execute on those activities. The Manager will have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects with a diverse set of partners, and in a team environment that provides ample opportunity for skill-building and professional growth. The Manager will also contribute regularly towards internal strategy projects, REDF’s learning agendas, and our work around racial equity.
