Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Capability Coordinator to lead onboarding and training across manufacturing and warehouse teams. You will design standardized programs, deliver onboarding experiences, and ensure safety, operational readiness, and skill development on the floor.

The role drives training systems, job hazard analyses, and one-point lessons, aligning with Run to Target and plant performance goals. Strong leadership, continuous improvement, and collaboration with operations and safety are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience preferred.
• Experience with RTT/IWS, TPM, and/or OPEX.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred (projects).
• US work authorization required.
• Off-shifts and weekend availability.
• Travel less than 5%.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for manufacturing and warehouse team members across all lines and shifts.
• Design, standardize, and improve onboarding programs.
• Lead new hire orientation, classroom training, plant tours, and on-the-job training readiness.
• Create onboarding that emphasizes safety and inclusion.
• Develop on-the-floor training strategies for new hires and upskilling.
• Maintain training materials (SOPs, JHAs, JSTs, OPLs).
• Schedule training sessions and certifications; manage documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs.
