Job summary

WLG is seeking a highly experienced professional to support NATO-related capability development initiatives in Norfolk, Virginia. The role involves coordinating with alliance governance, agencies, and nations to shape capability products and requirements.

The position requires a master’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related fields, plus extensive experience briefing senior leaders, managing complex programmes, and operating within multinational defence contexts with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve in intelligence fusion and integration, particularly multi-source and multi-domain.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.
