Job summary

Wlgroup in Norfolk, VA seeks a senior analyst to support development of capability products within a multinational defence programme. The role provides methodological and analytical expertise across multi-source, multi-domain environments and coordinates with national and international partners.

You will brief senior leaders, coordinate with project directors and agencies, and organize workshops to ensure alignment with alliance governance.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• Three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience in intelligence fusion and integration, particularly multi-source and multi-domain.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Support development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Support the programme director and project coordinators, including work with agencies and nations.
• Provide methodological and analytical expertise for the holistic approach to this capability area.
• Support the projects themselves, including the intelligence line of effort.
• Draw out, capture, analyse and trace requirements at every level.
• Develop and review the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinate across all lines of development and propose courses of action where they conflict.
• Organise and take part in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborate with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintain programme status information and support capability validation.
