Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior Capability Experience Manager within the BSBB Platforms & Capabilities team to shape the future of banker technology. This role defines the vision, multi-year roadmap, and ensures technology investments deliver measurable business value.

You'll translate frontline needs into strategies, partner across Product, Digital, Technology, and Operations, and lead capabilities from concept to delivery while improving security, efficiency, and colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project management activities.
• Two+ years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the strategic vision for banker-facing platforms.
• Own end-to-end colleague experience across domains.
• Develop and govern 12–36 month capability roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Digital, Technology, and Operations.
• Establish metrics and value realization plans.
