What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own operations for the Healthy Savings Perks and Discounts program, promoting benefits for members
- Maintain and enable the Approved Product List (APL) across retailers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with the Product Team to design and optimize solutions for technical challenges
- Conduct data analysis to monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present strategies and business reviews to leadership and team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in operations or system analysis with a strong background in data and process modeling
- 3+ years in consumer payments, healthcare, or a related industry
- 3+ years of experience working with large data sources focused on data manipulation and governance
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with JIRA and other project management tools
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, R/SAS, or Python, along with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Familiarity with retail SKU/UPC data
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in storytelling and presentation creation
- Deep proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
