Job summary

CNSS • National Security Systems seeks a Capabilities Development Specialist (CDS) to advance offensive and defensive capabilities for national security. You will work on complex malware analysis, hardware design, and software exploitation within a high-security environment at the Fort Meade complex.

We value strong C/C++, assembly, and RTL/FPGA skills, plus experience in security, vulnerability analysis, and systems engineering. This is a full-time role with competitive NSA benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Experience: programming, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, or systems engineering.
• Military training such as JCAC counts toward experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop exploitation capabilities and analytics for target networks.
• Design hardware components to further SIGINT missions.
• Analyze sophisticated malware and reverse engineering tasks.
