Job summary

McNaughton-McKay Electric Company is seeking a CAP Supervisor to oversee the regional Customer Alliance Program team and support customer relationships, account management, and process improvements. • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, purchasing, and inventory processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional CAP operations and daily team activities.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate team members.
• Support CAP sales efforts by partnering with Account Managers on customer presentations, pricing, and account implementation.
• Manage new CAP account setup and ongoing account maintenance.
• Visit customer locations to review inventory performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support regional quality and operational initiatives.
