Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and offer solutions meeting customer expectations.
• Maintain CAO walks and order maintenance for Center Store areas.
• Perform CAO exception walks for all areas of Center Store including DSD.
• Handle new and discontinued item processes.
• Research and take corrective action on items with back stock.
• Grow sales through strong on-shelf availability.
• Assist in training and special projects as assigned by management.
• Communicate inventory level challenges to Center Store Manager.
• Maintain department appearance and presentation.
• Process merchandise with attention to code dates and rotation.
• Cut, mark and stock products as required.
• Assist in communicating department and company policies to associates.
• Adhere to Center Store Standard Practices Manual.
