Hannaford Supermarkets in Belfast, ME is seeking a dedicated team member for our Center Store operations. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, shelf readiness, inventory control, and CAO processes to ensure product availability and quality.

You will collaborate with the Center Store team to maintain appearance, rotate stock, and support training and special projects. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead others.

• Support new and discontinued item processes.
• Research and take corrective action on items with excessive back stock.
• Assist in growing sales through on-shelf availability.
• Assist in training and special projects as assigned by management.
• Communicate inventory level challenges to Center Store Manager.
• Maintain department appearance and presentation.
• Process merchandise with attention to dates and rotation.
• Stock product by cutting, marking and stocking.
• Communicate department and company policies to associates.
• Follow Center Store Standard Practices.
