Job summary

Pacific Exteriors LLC in Lake Forest Park, WA, is seeking a Canvassing Manager to lead a neighborhood marketing team. You will recruit, train, coach, and manage canvassers, drive daily performance, track KPIs, and ensure high-quality leads and opportunities through hands-on field leadership.

The role is full-time, hourly, with a $25-33 base rate plus a monthly bonus of $1,500-$3,000, and benefits including PTO, holidays, 401k, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience in canvassing or sales.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• Willing to lead from the front and spend significant time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new canvassers.
• Lead and motivate a team of neighborhood marketing representatives.
• Set daily and weekly performance goals and hold the team accountable.
• Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching.
• Track KPIs and provide performance feedback.
• Develop recruiting strategies to grow the team.
• Work closely with leadership to improve processes.
• Lead by example and spend significant time in the field.
