JBC Campaigns LLC in Colorado Springs, CO is hiring canvassers for a short-term program leading up to Election Day. No experience required; paid training provided and flexible evening/weekend shifts available.

You will go door-to-door to share voting information, encourage participation, and record conversations using MiniVAN. Start is immediate, with the end date set for November 3, 2026, Election Day, and multiple shift options including full-time and part-time.

Pay: $30–$35/hour

Type: Temporary / Campaign Position — Full-time and part-time shifts available, including evenings and weekends

At JBC Campaigns, we're committed to electing Democrats and increasing voter participation through grassroots organizing and one-on-one conversations with voters. Our goal is to make sure voters have the information they need to make their voices heard this November.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for friendly, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our canvassing team immediately!

As a canvasser, you'll go door-to-door in communities in and around Colorado Springs, CO, talk with voters about the upcoming election, provide important voting information, and help encourage participation on Election Day.

Canvassing opportunities are available in Colorado Springs, CO. Applicants from the surrounding area are welcome to apply.

No political or canvassing experience is necessary! We provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions

• Able to use a smartphone for data entry and navigation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous canvassing, campaign, or community outreach experience is a plus, but not required

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must have a smartphone with mobile data

• Access to reliable transportation to assigned work locations

• Availability to work shifts between now and November 3

• Must complete paid training before beginning field work
