Pay: $40/hour
Location: Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Palm Harbor, FL
Type: Temporary / Campaign Position — Full-time and part-time shifts available, including evenings and weekends
Start Date: Immediately
End Date: November 3, 2026 (Election Day)

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We're hiring door-to-door canvassers in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Palm Harbor, FL and surrounding areas for a short-term program leading up to Election Day on November 3!

At JBC Campaigns, we're committed to electing Democrats and increasing voter participation through grassroots organizing and one-on-one conversations with voters. Our goal is to make sure voters have the information they need to make their voices heard this November.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for friendly, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our canvassing team immediately!

As a canvasser, you'll go door-to-door in communities in and around Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, and Palm Harbor, talk with voters about the upcoming election, provide important voting information, and help encourage participation on Election Day.

Canvassing opportunities are available in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Palm Harbor, FL and surrounding areas. Applicants from the surrounding area are welcome to apply.

No political or canvassing experience is necessary! We provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Go door-to-door in assigned Clearwater, FL neighborhoods

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated team players
• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• Able to use a smartphone for data entry and navigation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious canvassing, campaign, or community outreach experience is a plus, but not required

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a smartphone with mobile data
• Access to reliable transportation to assigned work locations
• Availability to work shifts between now and November 3
• Must complete paid training before beginning field work
