Job summary

Storm Guard Mansfield is seeking energetic individuals for a door-to-door salesperson role. You’ll walk neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and book appointments for our sales team. No degree or experience required—energy and a great attitude matter more than credentials.

You’ll earn $11.00/hour plus bonuses and commissions, with unlimited earning potential. Training is provided, and the schedule is flexible to fit students or other commitments.

Qualifications

• Availability: Mon–Fri, 3 PM to 8 PM, two Saturdays/month 10 AM–2 PM.

• Have real conversations: no scripts, no pressure, be genuine and helpful.
• Generate leads and book appointments for the sales team.
• Represent Storm Guard: first face of our brand in the community and build referral relationships.
• Stay in the Loop: daily team check-ins and track progress in canvassing software.
