Job summary

RAFTRx, a storm-damage repair and insurance claims support company, is seeking energetic field representatives to drive qualified appointments for free roof inspections.

You’ll go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, explain the no-cost inspection, and schedule appointments through SalesRabbit and AccuLynx while meeting a monthly target of 25 inspections. Training is provided, and you’ll work outdoors with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Canvassing, sales or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door to generate qualified appointments for free roof inspections.
• Identify homes likely eligible for roof replacements based on indicators.
• Deliver scripts and responses with confidence to homeowner questions.
• Build rapport and educate homeowners on no-cost inspections.
• Schedule inspections and record homeowner and appointment information.
• Document and track appointments in SalesRabbit and AccuLynx.
• Track outreach activities and follow up with warm leads.
• Meet/exceed 25 qualified inspections per month target.
• Maintain solicitation licenses and identification during fieldwork.
• Support marketing via social media, networking and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to generate qualified appointments for free roof inspections.
• Identify homes that may qualify for roof replacements based on visual indicators such as roof age, storm damage, missing shingles, and flashing issues.
• Memorize and confidently deliver approved scripts, pitches, and responses to common homeowner questions and objections.
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners by educating them on the benefits of a no-cost, no-obligation inspection.
• Schedule inspection appointments through SalesRabbit and ensure accurate homeowner and appointment information is recorded in company systems.
• Follow company procedures for documenting and tracking appointments in SalesRabbit and AccuLynx to support inspection qualification and incentive validation.
• Diligently track outreach activities and follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions.
• Meet or exceed performance goals, including a target of 25 qualified inspections per month.
• Maintain all required solicitation licenses, badges, and identification during fieldwork.
• Support marketing efforts through social media, local networking, and referrals to generate additional leads.

• Prior experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk for extended periods and navigate neighborhoods with uneven terrain, steep driveways, or porch steps.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Must be able to remain on foot or standing for several hours at a time.

Compensation & Incentives

We offer an hourly base pay plus performance-based incentives. No prior sales experience is required, and we provide training to help you succeed.

• Hourly Base Pay: $15 per hour.
• Qualified Inspection Incentive: $75 per qualified inspection.
• Monthly Performance Target: 25 qualified inspections.

A qualified inspection must be scheduled through SalesRabbit, recorded in AccuLynx, and approved by a supervisor in accordance with company guidelines.
