Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring a Canvasser in Wisconsin. You’ll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, spark conversations, and schedule free in-home consultations.

This entry-level role focuses on generating interest, not closing deals, with uncapped earning potential through bonuses. You’ll start next week with paid training from Day 1, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for career growth within a national home-improvement network.

As a Canvasser, you’ll meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role where you are not expected to close deals, but to generate interest from a great first impression.

What You’ll Do

As a Canvasser, you’ll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
