Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity company, in Minnesota’s Roseville area, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to meet homeowners, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. You won’t be required to close deals initially, but you will generate interest and set appointments.

You’ll learn on the job with paid training from Day 1, enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, and have a clear path toward a career in in-home sales with uncapped bonus potential.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry Level Sales Rep, you’ll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way

• Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions

• Create interest and answer basic questions

• Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives

• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals

What We’re Looking For

We care more about your attitude and work ethic than a long resume. You’ll do well here if you are:

• Comfortable starting conversations with new people

• Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals

• Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn

• Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses

• Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day

Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required. If you bring the effort, we’ll teach you the rest.

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods

• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
