Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field team of canvassers, motivate the group, and help drive growth in our home-improvement outreach. You’ll knock doors, schedule free inspections, and recruit new members to expand the team while mentoring others to improve performance.

This boots-on-the-ground role requires outdoor work in varying weather, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll track activities, collaborate with leadership, and help the team succeed.

Qualifications

• Active outdoor, boots-on-the-ground work environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and resilience to rejection.
• Ability to recruit and onboard new canvassers.
