DaBella is hiring a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field canvassing team in Vermont. You’ll motivate, coach, and develop talent while working alongside the team in the neighborhoods. You’ll schedule free inspections, recruit new members, and support the sales team with field activity.

The role emphasizes leadership growth, active field presence, and a strong work ethic. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van are required for this boots-on-the-ground position.

Qualifications

• Willing to walk neighborhoods for extended periods.
• Strong communicator and able to handle rejection.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Available Monday–Saturday for field leadership.
• Able to operate a company van and schedule logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to hit daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship for improvement.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers and screen applicants.
• Track daily activities and collaborate on outreach strategies.
• Safely transport team members using the company-provided van.
