DaBella in Flagstaff, AZ seeks a Canvass Supervisor to lead a dynamic field team and drive performance across daily and weekly goals. You’ll motivate, coach, and recruit canvassers while staying active in the field, knocking on doors and coordinating free inspections for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Motivate the Team: Support and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to help team members improve their performance.
• Lead by example through a strong work ethic and positive energy in the field.
• Recruit & Build the Team: Assist with recruiting new canvassers; conduct phone screenings and interviews.
• Help onboard and train new team members so they are set up for success.
• Operations & Field Support: Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development.
• Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers to and from neighborhoods.
