Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field canvass team, schedule free inspections, and drive daily performance. You will recruit, screen, onboard, and coach new team members while working actively in neighborhoods and guiding the team to meet targets.

The role offers an uncapped bonus structure and a base pay of $22.50/hour, with full-time hours in a hands-on outdoor environment. You will use a company van for transportation, engage with homeowners, and collaborate with leadership
