Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a boots-on-the-ground canvass team, schedule inspections, and support the sales organization with field activity. You will recruit new teammates, train them, and drive daily performance with coaching and hands-on leadership in outdoor environments.

The role combines leadership development with active fieldwork, requiring weekends and travel as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
