DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, mentor a growing canvass team, and drive field marketing success. You’ll knock doors, schedule free inspections, and help the sales team with estimates, no closing required.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing the team, tracking daily activity, and collaborating with leadership on outreach strategies. Requires a valid license and comfort outdoors.

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods as an active, boots-on-the-ground role.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

• Lead & Motivate the Team: coach and mentor canvassers to hit daily/weekly goals.
• Recruit & Build the Team: screen, interview, onboard new canvassers.
• Operations & Field Support: track activities and support outreach strategies.
