Job summary

Weather Built Homes is seeking a door-to-door canvassing manager to hire, train, and lead a team of canvassers who generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your role is crucial in expanding our customer base and ensuring the success of our canvassing campaigns.

You will oversee recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and strategy development to maximize lead generation and customer engagement, with a hybrid work setup in Vancouver, WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in door-to-door canvassing management, preferably in home improvement industries (roofing, windows, siding).
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead a canvassing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Hiring: Identify, recruit, and hire qualified canvassers to build a solid and effective team.
• Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires to ensure they are well-prepared and knowledgeable about our products and services.
• Team Management: Oversee the canvassing team's daily activities, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance, setting goals and expectations to drive productivity and efficiency.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine canvassing strategies and campaigns to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
