Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a door-to-door marketing team, drive lead generation, and grow local awareness in the Louisville area. You will recruit, staff, train, and motivate your team while reporting ROI metrics to meet business objectives.

The role requires a valid driver's license, leadership experience, and strong communication skills; outdoor work in varying weather and long standing/walking periods are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Face to Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience is a plus (canvassing or promoting).
• Prior leadership experience is required.
• Experience building/recruiting a team of high level performers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking for extended periods (6–8 hours/day); ability to work outdoors in varying weather; ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach during canvassing.

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus & commission structure
• Average Managers can make between $75K - $110K per year with above average managers earning upwards of $150K+ per year.

• Setup and breakdown kiosk and showroom displays
• Must be able to operate a phone, computer, copier, scanner, and fax machine
