Job summary

ESR Healthcare is seeking a Cantonese Language Evaluator to work remotely as a contractor. You will assess Cantonese text and speech data for linguistic accuracy, fluency, and contextual suitability using internal tools, delivering detailed feedback to improve model outputs.

You will annotate data, follow project guidelines, document insights, and collaborate with project leads to refine tasks. Strong Cantonese skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Native Cantonese with strong reading and writing skills.
• Experience in language evaluation, annotation, or related NLP projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with content moderation or transcription is a plus.
