NurseDash is hiring experienced Pre-Op and PACU Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible per diem and contract opportunities across Ohio, including Canton. Assignments range from 4 to 13 weeks with competitive compensation and weekly or daily pay options.

You will provide pre-operative and post-anesthesia care, perform patient assessments, and collaborate with surgeons and perioperative teams in GI: Endoscopy procedures.

Formación

• Active RN license.
• Minimum 12 months of Pre-Op and/or PACU experience in GI: Endoscopy.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred where applicable).
• Experience in ambulatory surgery or hospital surgical services.
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced perioperative environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional pre-operative and post-anesthesia patient care.
• Complete patient assessments and prepare patients for surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients throughout recovery and identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and post-operative care.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative teams.
• Accurately document patient care and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Deliver safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Active RN license

Must have a minimum 12 months of recent Pre-Op and/or PACU in GI: Endoscopy

Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred where applicable)

Experience in ambulatory surgery or hospital surgical services preferred

Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced perioperative environment

Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and exceptional patient care

Must be at least 18 years of age
