Molak Corporation’s Cantina Del Rio in Gruene, TX is hiring a Cook to join a family-like team. You will help prepare a variety of dishes, follow recipes, and ensure food safety while working with a collaborative crew near Gruene Hall and the river.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid and current Food Handlers certification.
• Must be able to work at least 3 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and follow restaurant standards.
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
• Bake, grill, steam, and boil meat, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods.
• Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
