Job summary

Pacific Office Automation in Redding, CA, is seeking a Canon Copier Service Technician to join our on-site team. You will troubleshoot and repair office equipment, provide technical support, and help customers achieve reliable imaging performance.

Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox is preferred, along with strong computer skills and a mechanical/electrical mindset. We offer paid training, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Providing high-quality technical support to our client, Marshall Health
• Communicating with customer to ensure satisfaction
• Developing options to solve unusual problems
• Managing time and resources
