Job: Canon City Thrift Store Production Associate

As a production associate, your primary responsibility is to assist in any capacity necessary in the production area. You may also be asked to help in our retail area in various capacities.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Production Product Sorting: Your main responsibility is to assist with product sorting. You will receive specific on-the-job training in person. Please be very aware of what you are doing and familiarize yourself with the product you are processing. You are a valuable asset to the production process if you are engaged in your work. There is no way to mention every possible task you will be asked to do, so please have a willing spirit and be ready to fill various roles as they arise.
2. Inter-staff Relations: Our culture does not sanction incompetence, bad attitudes, unresolved conflicts, etc. All issues need to be dealt with in a timely manner. Relationships are very important, and we want to maintain a positive environment. New Horizons Thrift Stores expects its associates to attempt to resolve all issues relating to them and to involve their immediate supervisor when appropriate. Associates are expected to exemplify integrity, moral excellence, and a strong work ethic that encourages those around them to do the same. A positive, upbeat, and cooperative attitude that fosters camaraderie is essential. You may be asked to work on a Saturday or a late shift in the retail store.
