Job description

ECI Management Group is a Food Service Management Company contracting with various clients in the educational and government sectors. We are rolling out a Cannoli Bar Concept at five Tarrant County College locations and are hiring for a leadership position to assist with this rollout, working alongside the Area Director and Company President.

Pay: $18 to $20 per hour - Flexible based on experience and candidate quality

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (with some flexibility)

Work Location: Tarrant County - Fort Worth (Work from Home is NOT available)

Job Description:

• 30% Production: Involves making shells and cream for the cannoli. Previous experience is not necessary; training will be provided. Comfort working in a kitchen is required.
• 30% Employee Training/Customer Relations: Training on the operation of the Cannoli Bar with the Area Supervisor. Involves defining Standard Operating Procedures and overseeing employee compliance. Leadership or customer service experience is preferred.
• 40% Marketing: Managing social media accounts for Caffe Noliz, with some experience in social media management. Knowledge of influencer marketing and other marketing strategies is beneficial.
