Amy’s Kitchen is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I (Canning) on 2nd shift in White City, OR. The role involves operating multiple canning machines, ensuring product quality, and following strict safety and sanitation standards.

The job includes on‑the‑job training, competitive pay, and benefits. The Operator I will set up equipment, monitor processes, and troubleshoot with maintenance while collaborating with team members to optimize production and meet critical control points and sanitation

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of Amy’s experience or previous machine operator experience.
• Familiarity with Zacmi main control panel and associated stations.
• Passing grade in Better Process Control School or equivalent training.
• Ability to read complex instructions and complete complex forms.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment at beginning of shift and document operations.
• Operate multiple machines per operator manual and follow safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues.
• Maintain proper temperatures and weights for products; ensure correct product codes and dates.
• Communicate problems to supervisor or team leader in a timely manner.
• Perform inventory transactions in Oracle/MES and reconcile locations.
