Job summary

Bev-Hub in Wichita, KS is hiring for a production/line operator responsible for the proper operation of our canning line(s). You will can products for our customers in a timely manner while adhering to safety and quality food codes and procedures.

You will perform routine inspections, maintain records, coordinate with packaging, and help keep a clean, organized work area. The role requires physical stamina, adherence to PPE, and active participation in plant safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in similar duties.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Capable of lifting 40 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Must wear personal protective equipment.
• Participates actively in plant safety initiatives, programs, and training sessions

Responsibilities

• Regular worksite attendance.
• Can products according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform tasks with focus towards organization, sanitation, and safety.
• Ensure product is of highest standards before and after packaging.
• Run routine inspections on equipment to ensure quality.
• Classification of Instructional Programs for all equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform scheduled maintenance of the canning line.
• Effectively work with and coordinate with packaging team.
• Accurately keep and maintain records pertaining to task.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Additional duties as required
