The Canning Line Helper at Carlisle Construction Materials packages a variety of adhesives produced on multiple canning lines. You may train others, monitor specifications, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. You may also step in as Canning Line Operator when needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include packaging 1- and 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums, stocking skids, and recording production data. A strong team player with attention to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and process specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the canning line operator in packaging adhesives in 1-, 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
• Box 1-gallon cans, stack on skids, and band finished bundles.
• Operate a forklift to move finished goods and raw materials as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the line and work area.
• Fill out production/QA paperwork and date-code pails and skids.
