Nature's Herbs and Wellness / High Plainz Strains in Garden City, CO is seeking a Cannabis Trimmer to join our crew. The role focuses on trimming buds, harvesting plants, and ensuring quality in a fast-paced production area, with strict adherence to MED guidelines.

The candidate should have a positive attitude, be able to follow rules, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Training will cover safety and compliance; the position is full-time, 7:30am–4:00pm, weekdays.

Qualifications

• Capable of sitting and working with hands for a full 10 hour shift, with or without accommodation.
• Previous experience in cannabis trimming or related roles preferred.
• Knowledge of different cannabis strains and their characteristics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have an MED badge.

Responsibilities

• Trim and manicure cannabis buds to meet quality and aesthetic standards.
• Inspect trimmed products for quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Operate trimming equipment safely and effectively, if applicable.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Harvest cannabis plants according to production schedules
• Monitor machine performance and adjust flow to prevent damage to flower
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
